Getting Access
Anyone can open Synchronicity and build a strategy on the canvas. You only need access for the actions that touch your funds: deploying a strategy or placing a trade. The prompt to join appears when a not-yet-admitted trader tries either of those, so you can lay out an entire strategy before access is ever in the way.
When you connect, one of two things happens. If access is open and there is room, you are admitted on the spot and can deploy right away. If not, you see a waitlist screen and join by email. This page covers both paths.
Before you are admitted you can still build on the canvas, and Signac, the AI assistant, runs on a limited number of credits to help you shape a strategy. Deploying and trading stay locked until you have access.
When you connect
Access opens in waves. Connecting checks whether a wave has room for you.
- A wave has room. You are admitted immediately, and the app may hand you a personal Discord invite on the way in. You can go straight to deploying.
- The wave is full, or access is closed for now. You land on the waitlist screen and can join by email. The next section walks through it.
If you deploy or trade before you are admitted, the same waitlist prompt opens so you can join without leaving what you were building.
If you see the waitlist screen
Joining is an email flow. You submit your email, verify it through a link, and wait for your turn.
Request access with your email
Enter your email on the join card. The card reads: “Your account isn’t admitted yet. Request access via email and we’ll send you a verification link.” If someone gave you a boost code, this is where it goes (see Referral codes and boost codes below).

Synchronicity emails you a verification link. Open it to confirm your address and land on the waitlist.
Watch your inbox
Your inbox is the source of truth for your status. To protect your privacy, the join card never confirms on-screen whether an email is on the list, so checking your status just sends another link to your inbox rather than reporting anything back in the app. When your turn comes, you get an admission email.
When you are admitted
Your admission email contains a link. Open it and you land on a redeem page.
Open your admission link and sign
Connect your account and sign the message that proves the wallet is yours. This is only a signature: it costs nothing and moves no funds.
You’re in
The page confirms “You’re in.” and issues you your own referral code and a boost code to invite other traders. Your admission link is single-use, so each one only works once.

Referral codes and boost codes
A code from another trader can move you through faster:
- A referral code skips the waitlist. Redeem one and you are admitted right away, no email queue.
- A boost code does not admit you. It moves you up the waitlist so you clear the gate sooner.

Discord
When you are admitted, Synchronicity mints you a personal Discord invite, threaded through both the immediate-admission path and the waitlist redeem. You can also join the community Discord to ask the team questions and trade notes with other builders.
